Deposit: Half of one month's tuition is payable in advance, applied to the last two weeks.
Annual Enrollment Fee: $40 due September 1st
Late Fee: Our center closes at 6 pm; after that time, an additional charge of $5 for each minute late will be applied. After 10 minutes, there will be a charge of $2 for each minute thereafter. If you have an emergency that prevents you from picking up your child on time, please notify the director as soon as possible, so that arrangements can be made.
Tuition Payment Schedule: Fees may be paid twice monthly, on the 5th and the 20th, or monthly, on the 5th of the month. Payments are to be placed in the locked box by the Director's office. Checks are the preferred method of payment. Credit cards will not be accepted. If you are one week behind on your fees, excluding the deposit fee, your child will not be allowed to attend. A $25 service charge will be applied for returned checks.
For siblings', the price of tuition is charged based on the age of the youngest child. A 10% discount is applied to the tuition of the older children.
If the center is closed for a holiday or inclement weather, fees will be assessed.

MEALS
During the day at St. John's Child Care, we serve two snacks and one lunch. The morning snack is served by 8:30am and usually consists of a breakfast item. We then serve a hot nutritious lunch and an afternoon snack after nap. These meals are included in the child's tuition.
SCHEDULE
We are open Monday through Friday. Our facility opens at 7am and closes at 6pm daily.
Closings vary based on cases of inclement weather; we follow the same closings in the earliest dismissal as Fayetteville public schools.
LICENSING & NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
St. John's Child Care Center is fully licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services and adheres to all regulations and standards set forth by the department. This includes maintaining a clear and consistent sick-child policy, with trained staff who closely monitor children for any signs of illness.
